Paid checkout is not open. This page describes the intended service boundary only; it is not an active purchase agreement and no subscription is created here.

Access / 访问
When subscriptions open, an active paid period is intended to include Index editions, Dossiers and a paid Archive. The publication rhythm and final service boundary will be stated before checkout. Complimentary Editorial writing will remain public.
订阅开放后，计划在有效付款周期内提供 Index、Dossier 与付费档案；发布节奏与最终服务边界会在结账开放前说明。Editorial 免费内容继续公开。
Renewal and cancellation / 续订与取消
Final renewal, cancellation and continued-access terms will be shown before checkout and recorded with the accepted agreement.
最终续订、取消及取消后的访问期限会在结账前清楚显示，并与接受的协议一并记录。
Refunds and missed editions / 退款与未完成交付
The final refund and service-recovery policy will be published before payment opens, including how duplicate charges, technical failures and missed editions are handled.
开放付款以前将发布最终退款与服务恢复政策，并说明重复扣款、技术故障与未完成交付的处理方式。
Personal use / 个人使用
The intended subscription is for individual use. Occasional sharing of a short excerpt with attribution is welcome; systematic redistribution, republication or resale is not.
计划中的订阅仅供个人使用。欢迎在注明出处的前提下偶尔分享少量摘录，但不得系统性转载、重新出版或销售。
Language / 语言
Some research-led editions may use one primary language with a complete summary in the other. The exact language promise will be stated at launch.
